Standard rentals run about 7 days from drop-off. That window covers most cleanouts, roofs, and remodels with time to spare. Need it longer? Just call before the pickup date — we keep extensions flexible.

Most non-hazardous waste: household junk, furniture, construction and demolition debris, drywall, lumber, roofing shingles, flooring, siding, cabinets, yard waste, and general cleanout material. Heavy materials like concrete, brick, dirt, and asphalt are allowed but must go in a 10 or 15 yard dumpster due to road weight limits.

NC regulations prohibit tires, wet paint and solvents, hazardous chemicals, batteries (car and lithium), propane tanks, gasoline and motor oil, asbestos, medical or biohazard waste, and electronics (TVs, monitors, computers). Mattresses, appliances containing freon, and large electronics may be accepted with a small surcharge — ask when booking. We're based in Statesville and deliver throughout Iredell, Catawba, Rowan, Davie, and Lincoln counties — including Mooresville, Hickory, Salisbury, Troutman, Taylorsville, Mocksville, Lincolnton, and the Lake Norman area. No hidden fees. Our quotes include delivery, pickup, the rental period, and a set tonnage allowance for the size you book. Overage only applies if the load exceeds the weight allowance for that size — we'll tell you the per-ton rate up front so there are no surprises.

We bring plywood boards to lay under the dumpster wheels, which spreads the weight and protects asphalt and concrete driveways. In the vast majority of placements there's no damage. If you have a soft, cracked, or freshly sealed driveway, mention it when booking and we'll plan placement together.

Often, yes — especially if you call early in the day. Standard turnaround is 1–2 business days, but our schedule usually has same-day room if you reach out in the morning. Contact us as early as possible to lock it in.
