Placement

We back the bin as close to the eave as the driveway allows so the crew can throw straight in. Plywood goes under the rollers to protect the driveway.

Rental Duration

Most roofing jobs use the bin 3–5 days. Standard rentals cover about a week, so a normal roof fits with room to spare.

Common Mistakes to Avoid

• Renting a 20 yard when a 15 was plenty — shingles fill by weight, not volume
• Placing the bin at the street when the eave is 40 feet away — costs the crew a whole day of walking
• Mixing chimney brick into a mostly-shingle load and hitting weight cap early
